Techniques: Asana, pranayama, mudra, bandhas, kriyas, meditations, PET.

Training:  How to teach the techniques and How to practice the techniques. Guided Practice of the Techniques themselves.

Topic- Simple asana to complex yogasanas, 

Description- Gradual progression is natural form of growth in any aspects of life.  Simple asana the fewer movements of joints take place, complex asana need many joints, strength, and stability to obtain it.

Objectives-    To know the importance of body movements towards complex asana, learning to know the precautions before achieving the postures, how to develop the gradual learning process towards complex yoga techniques, to know practically through demonstrations.
